Decided to have a look at bed world after visiting the more popular high street brands for furniture and being informed of wait times of over 2 months. I purchased a bed from Bed World in August and experienced a number of issues. I made it clear on purchase that the bed needed to be delivered prior to 23 August as I was leaving to work abroad early the next day.
Ordered sleigh bed and big mattress with gel top for my son as he suffers with his back and only a young man.
I bought a Cloud Nine Camden XT Bed set Bed world in Centurion on 08102019. I made it clear on purchase that the bed needed to be delivered prior to 23 August as I was leaving to work abroad early the next day. Excellent communication with the team. Bed is lovey but bolts missing.
