Customer Ref291053I ve never had a worse experience like Sofology 5 months ago I purchased sofas they promised it will arrive after 12 weeks but after 20 weeks we have it but the delivery man not able to bring it because the 3 seaters sofa was very heavy and it had so many bubbles wrapped and it was not fit in my flat door and the delivery men even not able to pick it. The ratchet has broken on one of the headrests which they did fix.
